Award presentation ceremony took place on September 7th, 2010 within the 18th International Specialized Exhibition “Budpragres-2010”. It should be noted that a very important basic normative document came into effect on August 1st, 2010. It is Technical Regulations of the Republic of Belarus “Buildings and constructions, building materials and products. Safety” (ТР 2009/013/ВY) according to which the normative thermal resistance of external building envelopes for the walls of residential and public buildings is to be 3,2 m2•°C/W.  Thermal resistance of the exhibited lightweight concrete block "ThermoComfort" is 3,34 m2•°C/W.
